Mabey Bridge is a world leader in the development of temporary and permanent steel bridging systems, wind turbine towers and other heavy structures.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee the performance of the Flange Milling production areas with accountability for the successful execution of the production planning schedules in the Flange Milling preparation area. Your remit will include quality, environmental and safety performance of the area whilst ensuring that production, efficiency and utilisation targets are maintained.

Previous supervisory experience in a comparable CNC orientated Milling/Machining environment is essential.

You'll be able to make a valuable contribution from day one, you'll also need to demonstrate a commitment and a determination to complete tasks to the highest standards.
