Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support across three sites to both internal and external staff.
You will need:
- Basic understanding of networking, printing & file sharing
- Basic understanding of PC/Laptop hardware set-up and configuration
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems XP, Vista and 7
- Full UK driving license as travelling between sites will be required
Desirable:
- MCP Certification or A+ certification
